The Flyer Enterprises Board of Directors is the governing body of the organization. The members have financial and operational oversight of all aspects of business, assist in developing new ventures, and play an active role in leadership development and selection of executives. The Directors consist of members of the University of Dayton faculty who are willing to work with Flyer Enterprises managers.

The Flyer Enterprises Board of Advisors were added to the structure of the organization in January of 2003. The Board of Advisors meet with the Flyer Enterprises executives to discuss business strategy and provide support through their business experiences with any problems that the company may encounter. The Advisors consist of exemplary Dayton area business men and women who have also shown an interest in working with the University of Dayton.
