Division History: ArtStreet Café opened on November 1, 2004. The concept for a bagel shop was created by Dayton Student Agencies, who later became part of Flyer Enterprises, and the concept for ArtStreet Café was developed in collaboration with the Living Learning Arts Center committee in 2000. As plans for the ArtStreet Complex developed to revitalize the heart of the student neighborhood, the Café became the cornerstone of the project. ArtStreet Café is financed through a profit sharing model with the University.
