Zach is a junior entrepreneurship major and sustainability minor from Sugar Grove, Illinois. He started at The Blend in April 2010. After being hired, he became involved with the marketing team and the Flyer Enterprises Secret Shopper program. Now Zach is the Director of Human Resources and Director of Marketing for Flyer Enterprises Catering. He manages both employees and FE Catering’s marketing strategy.

Gerald was hired during his sophomore year as the first solely FE Catering employee and served as a sales associate and as the assistant Director of Marketing. In February 2011, Gerald was appointed Director of Operations of FE Catering. He is in charge of operational efficiency, accounting responsibilities, order processing and payments, and management of the employees.
