During the fall of her sophomore year she was promoted to Buyer of Coffee and Dairy Products, which allowed her gain vast product knowledge. Through this position, Molly was able to realize trend analysis of product demand and customer wants and needs. In her role as Financial manager, Molly will focus on internal controls, cost management, and financial procedures.

Danielle is a senior marketing and leadership major from Pioneer, Ohio. She began working as a barista for The Blend Express in September 2008 and was promoted to director of marketing in March 2009. As the director of marketing, Danielle plans and carries out all promotions for The Blend and The Blend Express.

Rachel started working with Flyer Enterprises her freshman year as a barista at the The Blend Express.. Her sophomore year she was promoted to product buyer and kept her position as a barista. In spring of 2011 Rachel was promoted as the new General Manager at The Blend Express. Her responsibilities include daily operations, purchasing functions, machine maintenance, and the customer experience at The Blend Express.

Dirk is a freshman entrepreneurship and operations management major from Grayslake, IL. He was hired as a barista at The Blend during his first semester at UD, where he quickly became involved in marketing team. In March 22011 he became Director of Human Resources for The Blend and The Blend Express. Dirk is responsible for staff hiring, management, employee relations and maintaining a high morale at both divisions.
