The information technology group was formed in February 2008. The group initially focused on building a framework and foundation for IT services. Since its formation, IT developed the Flyer Spirit Web site to provide the public the capabilities of purchasing online, developed classroom and business partnerships to improve IT services, and created a new corporate Web site. IT provides Flyer Enterprises with financial reporting abilities and analytics, a corporate-wide knowledge management structure, asset and labor management, and daily technical to support for all divisions and employees.

Rachelle Patsey Rachelle is a senior public relations major and visual communication design minor from Strongsville, Ohio. She worked as a consultant for Flyer Consulting her junior year, and joined the FE team in March 2010. Rachelle’s responsibilities include maintaining Flyer Enterprises’ corporate identity, managing and creating marketing strategies, and utilizing media outlets for local, regional and national coverage.

Director of Marketing Communications:  Ashley Fithen

Ashley is a visual communication design major from Columbus, Ohio. She was recruited by FE in April 2010. In her current role, Ashley is responsible for creating and designing corporate informational and promotional materials.
