Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a course taught by the student executives of Flyer Enterprises. The program is designed to further the education of young students and foster discussion in various business functions and leadership theories, with an emphasis on the practical application of lessons in Flyer Enterprises. Students in the class read several scholarly publications, participate in class discussions and activities, write reflection papers on lessons learned, and participate in group projects focused around real case studies developed by Flyer Enterprises. Students enrolled in the course can opt to receive one hour of academic credit through the University of Dayton’s School of Business Administration in place of BAI 151.
